Rina has been studying the yoga philosophy and Vedanta for over 20 years. What book are we reading now? The Vedanta Treatise by A. Parthasarathy

How much does this cost? A suggested donation is asked of $25 for a single class or $75 for the month. Give what you can. Use venmo @rinajakubowicz or zelle rina@rinayoga.com for donations. If you’re a Valley Hot Yoga member, you can use your class pass to sign up for the session. Register through their website.

What do I bring to the session? The book, a notebook, questions if you have them, a cushion to sit on if you need physical support, and an open mind.

Are there recordings of the sessions? Yes. For those who are attending regularly and show interest, there is access to the session’s recordings.
