  1. Foundations of Yoga Asana (Postures): Understanding basic alignment principles, proper engagement, and modifications for different body types. Covering Sun Salutations, Standing Poses, Seated Poses and more.
  2. Breath Awareness and Pranayama: Learning various breathing techniques such as Ujjayi breath to enhance vitality and focus.
  3. Yoga Philosophy: Learn the ancient teaching of yoga, Vedanta, and how to apply them to your modern life. The Paths of Yoga will be taught through the Bhagavad Gita, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and other texts.
  4. Yoga Nidra and Relaxation Techniques: Practicing deep relaxation methods to release tension, reduce stress, and promote restful sleep.
  5. Mantra and Chanting: Exploring the power of sacred sounds and chanting to connecting to your devotion.
