Today I boomed alone at Rina Yoga! Nothing crazy, pretty regular stuff except the music was BOOMING! Heard some Nina Simone, some Etta James, some Eddie Vedder, some Ray Charles, some Buddha Bar. A little bit of everything rocks the yoga practice!
