Hey everyone,
I will have to be completely honest. Yesterday I didn’t get to do my asana practice, but I played miniature golf for more than 30 minutes and air hockey for 10 minutes. haha!! Does that count? I didn’t think so…. But I was trying to be mindful and I did make a hole in ONE! 🙂
Anywho, today, my significant other gave me a great boost in my butty! He said to me, “We aren’t doing anything today until you get your butty on the mat and practice!” So, that’s what I just did! I taught this morning to an awesome group of 20+ people (thanks groupon), then I had the honor of teaching yoga to a new client, and then I came home to sit on my butt and watch videos on YouTube like Barbie’s Documentary part 1-3 and other random things… So I am grateful that my partner told me what he did.
Get someone in your life who KICKS YOUR BUTTY!!!! Tough love isn’t bad… and neither are giving ultimatums as long as it’s with pure intentions. Maybe you can be this person for someone else too. Really think about what is best for that other person… and you both will feel great after! 🙂 Maybe it’s your mom, sister, father, friend, coworker, whoever…
