So today was my first day teaching the teacher training where there were new boomers-to-be… So blessed and excited for them! So, I meditated today instead of asana practice since I still woke up with a minor residue of my migraine from yesterday…

Yes, another Harry Potter photo, but this one is symbolic of the new boomers-to-be… they are learning yoga magic… haha!!! 🙂 The trainees looked stunned today just like Harry, Ron and Hermione do in this photo! hehe!!! 🙂 Although let’s be honest, Hermione is the badass among them, since she’s owning her wand…. can’t say that about Ron and Harry!!!!! hahahaha!!!
